I have two comments about things that have happened since I posted this.

First, I have had multiple women contact me about this post who said they are afraid of Matthew Remski, who are not otherwise critical of Remski publicly. They are afraid of being sued by him and being silenced or bullied in the yoga abuse conversation if they say their opinion publicly about their experience with him. I will keep their names and details anonymous. But wanted to share this striking information, especially since I have heard this from multiple people in just a few days.

Second, this post is not easy to engage with because of the legal analysis. If anyone with knowledge of the law would like to study the complaint, the defence, the Canadian law, and the linked materials in the pleadings and engage a debate on this case and possible outcomes, I would be happy to do so. Correct arguments in the law come in many forms, even if they disagree.
